Your printing questions answered here

  • How do I need to send my file?
    Please email all files in high resolution PDF format with .125" bleed. If sending over booklet files, please send them in pages format, not spreads (i.e. page 1 is outside front cover, page 2 is inside front cover, etc.)
  • What types of proofs are avalable for my prints?
    Upon request, we can provide either a PDF or printed proof. If you are local, you can come by our shop to see and make edits in person or we can ship it to you.
  • What is the turnaround time on prints?
    Depending on how intricate the process is, printing can be anywhere from 3-10 business days after proof approval. All new projects require a proof before production begins.
  • What if I find a mistake on my file after I already approved it to print?
    Please contact us immediately if you find an error on the print. Once approved, we typically start printing either same day or by the following business day so the sooner we know, the sooner we can assist. If we have already started print production, it will be your responsibility to pay for all reprints. If an error is made on our end, we will ensure it is corrected free of charge.

Payments Accepted

Cash, Card, & Check options are all available. If you are a first time customer, we do require payment in advance of production. All local, repeat customers can be put on account per their request after the first completed job.

Please note that there is a 3.8% credit card processing fee that the customer must pay for. We thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Because jobs are completed with quick turnarounds, we request all cancellations in writing. If production has not begun & no design was created by our staff, we can cancel a job free of charge. If any work has been done on the project at time of cancellation, the customer is responsible for payment to that point (i.e. if 50% of job is completed, 50% will need to be paid for).

Satisfaction Guarantee

Should your project not be completed to your satisfaction or is incorrect from an error on our end, we would be happy to reprint the project free of charge.

This excludes errors found after approval. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check over all proofs to ensure that are ready for print production. If the proof is approved on your end and an error is found, you will need to incur the cost spent thus far.
